Mmmm okay LOL. Sorry for the late reply, I had to look if it has a history but sadly, this is the only thing I can come up with.
The 2mm circle is related to So-ma's cover of Memeshikute where at the start, Pokota blurted "2mm!" at him and they both looked down w. I guess fans can't get over it and named the whole thing "expanding the 2mm circle!" and holding PIGG meetups in So-ma's room (to screencap), etc.
Sorry, I can't explain anything more that that ^^;. I don't know much about So~ma (or PKT for that matter XD)
