As with last year, here is the huge annual utattemita ranking for 2011. As all of these songs have been featured in the Weekly Utaran (multiple times even!), I won't be including small details. I'll just be including the Romanized title, the singer, and the original composer. As my Internet is acting up as usual, I wasn't able to include links to the mylists and all that but I hope you understand :).

The Annual Utattemita Ranking is made up of several parts, all of them will be listed here in reverse order unlike my usual style. Let's look at them one by one :).

HAPPY 150th Utaran!

Wow, it seems like it hasn't been long since the 100th ranking! It means I've been doing this forever, huh? XD Anyway, you thought the Maji Love fever is gone? THINK AGAIN. Also, there's a lot of Cosmos covers, which probably makes otetsu a happy guy :D.

Aaaand, Utaran-san decided to troll us in this week's pickup ranking (which he had done...a couple of times before), so please look forward to that XD;.

This week doesn't have a lot of popular utaite, but it's a good week because there are new/less popular utaite rising to the top with covers that are really worth listening to. I hope you'll get to know more people in this ranking! Also, there are tons of Workers this week, so let's say hello to them! /badpunisproofthatnikkiisdeadtiredorz

Also, my deadline weeks have started once again at work, and after writing chemistry and physics articles the whole day, my brain kind of fizzed and died. Apologies for lack of comments, I'm just really tired T_T;. I'll do the Vocaran tomorrow, with hopefully more comments. Please look forward to it.

As what I've done last year, here's the writeup for the massive, massive annual utattemita ranking 2010. Since this is a large list, I won't be including some of the stuff I include in the weekly utaran. For this, I'll only be posting the Romanized/translated title of the song, the singer/mylist and the link to the original song. Since most of these songs are from the weekly utarans all throughout 2010, I'll also spare you my spazz unless I can't keep myself quiet :D. Onto the 5-part special!

* The parts are divided in many subparts, but for the purpose of continuity, I organized my writeup differently from the order in the videos.

This ranking include songs uploaded in 2010 and have both "Nico Nico Indies" and "Utattemita" written in their tags. Some of them are collaborations between a Vocaloid producer and an utaite. This list is also in reverse, from 30 to 01.

UTATTEMITA VIDEOS BEST 100

You can refer to this ranking like the "overall weekly ranking" in weekly utaran. These are songs not uploaded in 2010 but have gained tons views, comments and mylists from 12-25-2009 to 12-25-2010. As expected, some of them are also the highest viewed, commented and mylisted videos of all time in this category. I did not elaborate on them like I did in the main ranking since you know most of these songs already, I bet XD. This list is also in reverse, from 100 to 001.

WHEW. That took me a long time. I hope you enjoyed this annual ranking as much as I did. While I expected some songs to be in the ranking but did not end up there at all, I guess the top spots are pretty predictable, aren't they? :D

This is the ranking for Christmas week, which means there are tons of Christmas-related songs and parodies. Surprisingly, the top ones are very predictable since they haven't been toppled since last week, just rearranged a lot. Still, there are many interesting uploads this week, a rather big influx of parodies, and returners you wouldn't expect at all.

This week is a bit late due to some problems with Nico Nico Douga's encoding system. Anyway, this week will have a lot of old faces rising up due to 1) a newly released album, 2) someone being just plain popular, and 3) the new number 1. While there is a lot of movement in the ranks by the old songs, there are also a ton of new songs to enjoy. Overall, this is a really good ranking with very interesting twists (LOL Glutam(ry ) so please do read on.

This week has a lot of movement from old songs, some returners and some expected rises. There are a lot of new songs to check out, but sadly, a lot of great songs from last week disappeared (where's my Keisen x 5coma collab ;_;). Anyway, this is a satisfactory ranking with a balanced entry of new songs and retaining of old ones. You might also notice a little change: I included the link to the writeup of the ranking in the "history" section so you can check out what other songs were popular in that ranking a year ago :). Today is the 100th Weekly Utattemita Ranking and the upnushi has compiled a list of all the songs which ranked number 1 in all those 100 rankings. I posted a list here for easier access and understanding. The list of number 1's can be found here. All the rankings from 1-100 can be found in this mylist.

Some of the songs are mentioned twice/thrice, and it's because they are number 1 for more than one time. I hope you get to see familiar songs in this list of number ones! :)]

Not much to say about this ranking. There's an apparent lack of new Vocaloid covers, but that is compensated by the influx of 90s anime theme covers, which would make 90s anime fans (like me) happy the whole week. If you're ready to reminisce, go on :D.
