I apologize for being late with this.MamomoP (まももP)mylist
MamomoP is not a well-known composer. S/he started uploading songs at the latter part of 2009 and has been steadily uploading until now. S/he is mostly known for his/her soft-note ballads with tendencies to have a slow rise or climax at the second verse.
S/he writes mostly ballads with various instruments like piano, violin, organ, chimes, and nature music (birds tweeting, etc.). His/her songs are almost always very gentle and poignant, with great emphasis on the atmosphere of the song based on the title. For example, "Staying Indoors" is a quiet song insinuating the solitary atmosphere in the house. "Natsu to Himawari to Mugiwara Boushi", which means "Summer, Sunflowers, and Straw Hat" had a feeling of outdoors, with crickets chirping and an airy rhythm. His/her songs are very easy on the ears and are nice to listen to if you want a break from the usual pop, rock and screamo music. sample songs

I admit I knew of MamomoP a little late, with his/her "Natsu to Himawari to Mugiwara Boushi" which was part of the GUMI birthday bash last July. I loved it so much and I searched for the producers other works, which were equally wonderful. I like the "quietness" of the songs s/he writes, whether they're happy or sad. The piano parts and the very soft orchestra bits are really nice, too. Even if I don't get the lyrics in one go (there's still the translating and all that), the overall setting of each of his/her song is clear and embedded in the music itself.
