Basically, there is a character in the show (the white-haired guy) who tends to have the most hilarious-sounding laughs and screams (which are kind of scary, too). Recently, he had a fight with another character named Kihara, which is where the "KIIIHARA-KUUUUUN" comes from. Someone from Nico took a song from some commercial, which started off with the lyrics "kono ki nan no ki," and added a voice clip of the white-haired guy yelling "KIIIHARA-KUUUUUN" to it (among other things).
