I don't think anyone has videos of it, sadly. It's not such a big event as the yearly Nico fests, to start with. I rarely see small-scale events getting recorded and upped in Nico as they're stricter and community-based :(. The best thing we can hope for is a re-showing of the live or small parts, if anyone can get away with uploading ^^;.
As for the Gackt and Clear thing, I'm surprised O:. I haven't heard of such, really! I wonder where your friend's friend got the information? ;; In any case, I'd be interested if it's true. Although I think Gackt will most likely be closer to Pokota because of the Gakupo connection XD;.
