This week still has a lot of Jin, which is understandable since he just released his album today (and it debuted in Oricon's # 4 :O). In the meantime there are quite a lot of remnants from last week, although there are wonderful new songs worth checking out! A couple of songs from the past also whooshed their way to the ranking, primarily because of their utattemita versions. Enjoy!

• Jin's recent is a change from hsi usual angry rock songs. Instead, it's a cute, happy, upbeat song with muffled bass and cutesy sound effects. It's really a nice change.

• I am amazed by this song because Scop actually did not go for the grand intro (piano/guitar/all the works) for this song, but rather toned down the intro a bit and then slowly rising into a beautiful piano/guitar ensemble yet not removing the "gentle" aura of the song. It's quite reflective of how much Scop has grown as a composer these years.

• YuuyuP has now also entered the "fast, angry rock song" phase, although he had been doing angry rock songs in the past XD;. What I like here is the dominant piano in the background while the rest of the instruments were like, melded together as one sound. Miku sounds a bit too high for me, but then again, YuuyuP tunes them all pretty high.

• Title means "Hereditary Tin Plate Syndrome". This one is a rather eerie rock song with Yuzuhiko's trademark ascending chorus and strong drums against muffled guitars.

• Easypop brings out a less than stellar song this time, primarily because it sounds like most of his other works. I appreciate the Luka tuning, though, because the echoing really brought her singing out.

• Title means "Strategy Game". I'm very fond of TakanonP's simple upbeat songs and this is one of them! The fast lyrics at the chorus are such a classic XD;. The melody is very simple, yet so enthralling.

• A Kaito song in the ranking!! And by ShinjoP even!! ShinjoP's music style might have changed over songs, as this one is an upbeat number with a rhythm that reminds me of ballroom dancing, but his KAITO tuning remains solid and high, as if in a constant falsetto. It's something that marks his songs and gives it the charm, I think.

• ↑ 96 This is a typical rock song but thankfully, it didn't follow the footsteps of fast-paced, angry songs we often hear recently. Instead it's a suave, well-paced song, pretty similar to early Polyphonic Branch works. The traditional Japanese effect is a great touch.
