You only get 1 strap and the design is random. By shipment do you mean order online? The strap is a standard bonus and runs by a first come first served basis both in store and online. As long as you pre order or order shortly after release you'll likely get it. Other bonuses like posters will often be mentioned on the online shop you shop at (i.e. bonus included)
