Typically these posters are first press only, so it's too late to get them. Usually they announce where to get these bonuses on the official site or on the store websites, but dmART's website is being a butt, so I can't find a good list of links. Primrose Flower Voice on the other hand has a nice website with all the bonuses + store name listed.

I know that CDJapan had the posters, but they're sold out. CDJapan often carries posters and will ship them in a nice tube. Toranoana's online store had the bonus, but it's sold out as well. According to Tora, it seems like it was a maker bonus, so it may have been in included in most first press releases (regardless of store). Toranoana's online store usually has the same or similar bonuses as their physical stores; however note, Toranoana doesn't do overseas shipping and because they sell 18+ goods, a lot of deputies/middleman services will not let you buy things from them.
