So good to hear this!! e... just something that came to mind, hope you don't mind if I say this. By scheduler, I'm seeing it as a calendar/event list (am I right?) I think... effective organisation for that can only be done with the bigger namahousou or collab housou, those that get announcements beforehand? Even if no member to date has attended that particular housou, it could still be on the list, like, to show it happened. I guess the more random/small ones could be contributed by people who chance upon them. Then from there... maybe it could link to separate posts of what happened in the housou as related by the members. If this causes too much post spam though, maybe for the smaller random ones, you could have a 'housou for the week 12/13-12/18' post, and members can share what happened (in properly titled replies), and these replies are linked in the overall big scheduler post.
