There are a lot! They usually say in the Utattemita no Hon which mixing program they use (I don't have it with me, so i can't check now, but..) generally a lot of people use Cubase. Some people use Audacity since it's free, but I don't think famous mixers are using it. I'll look it up when I get home... Asamaru uses SONAR.
