Actually, Mado is Japanese, she just lives in the US.
It's still a little strange though. I mean, Wataame is still relatively unknown, so I guess that can explain how she managed to avoid most of the heat, even though she's been in the site since 2008, but neither is Nobunaga, and she's a new-comer so... Confusing. O_o
