Hi! Unfortunately, I don't think you can pay directly by credit card unless you have your card linked to Paypal. If you are enrolled to Paypal and you use it to pay for your premium, it will deduct the fee monthly, I think! It will continue like that until you stop your automatic payments.

I haven't used Paypal since it doesn't work in my card, but I'm quite sure this is how it goes.
