Utaite Spotlight: Da-little

Da-little is no newbie in the utattemita scene, however, I feel that he's very underrated. Da-little is one of the members of Asamakku family. You could hear his songs played as BGM during Asamakku Radio.

His voice is high that fits ballads very much. However, he can also sing R&B tunes. His pronunciation of the words is very good. Da-little has a good grasp in English. If you listen to his English versions of songs, it doesn't sound awkward and you can hear the words clearly.

Aside from his utattemita work, Da-little is also the vocalist of Sputnik If you want to listen at his Sputnik works, you can check out the website as they have posted their PVs there. :) The songs are only availble on iTunes.

Da-Little holds lives frequently. I rarely have a chance to listen to them because there are other lives going on during that time. You can also catch him holding lives with Wotamin that lasts for hours. :D

sample songs

Ur-Style (DATEKEN original)
glow (keeno original)
Starduster (Jimmythumb original)
Hanagumori (Dixie Flatline original)
Fire◎Flower (halyosy original)
Gemini -English version- (Dixie Flatline original)

I appreciated Da-little a lot when he covered DATEKEN's Ur-Style. I never liked any other covers of this song except Da-little's. Probably because most covers I heard have the singers autotuning their voices too much.

What impressed me more about Da-little is his English version of some songs. As far as I know, he's covered Gemini, Melt and Spice.

Thanks for writing a spotlight of Da-little! I love his voice so much. It's a pity that he stops uploading cover songs now, since i don't like Sputnik's music at all. His personality is also a charming point, since he's very deep and sensible, often talks 'bout meaningful things in his housou that i can't understand much (my Japanese sucks, and i think that's also the reason why the listener number is not as high as other famous utaite...) But he's also caring and amusing too... (Oops, here comes my rambling orz)

Anyway, i hope he can get more attention... Why such a fascinated guy like this is too underrated ;; ?
