Weekly Vocaloid Ranking # 187 (April 25-May 2, 2011)
This week's Vocaran has a LOT of new stuff, most of them very awesome, so you guys better check them out. You might notice the descriptions are missing in some of the songs. That's because I can't load anything in Nico today and the ones I have descriptions of are those I've watched before. So, most of those written there are my opinions based on what I remember of the song (please kick my slow Internet). Sorry. ANYWAY...

01. Yumerazu (GUMI) - 40mP
- Title means "Dream Map". Sigh, 40mP is so awesome. The song is of course, very typical of 40mP, even the rise during the chorus, but the little bits like the piano melody makes it so lovely.
02. Ippou Tsuukou (Hatsune Miku) - YuchaP
- Title translates to "One-Way Traffic". The beat (especially the bass) reminds me of Poker Face, but that's okay because Poker Face's melody is good. This one's pretty good. Just that...since it's so similar to Poker Face I tend to be biased towards the older song. Could be just me though...
03. Monochrome Night (Hatsune Miku) - rockman/AaruP
- Such pretty piano intro and eventually, rock ballad, coupled with Miku's whispery voice ;;. Miku sounds a bit squealy, but the gentle melody makes up for it. I'm amused at the "breaths".
04. Frame Out (GUMI) - DevilishP
- Typical DevilishP song with as usual, wonderful, beautiful guitar work. I still prefer his old works like Omoide Kakera and final letter, but honestly, all of his works are amazing.
05. WAVEFILE (Hatsune Miku) - LamazeP
06. Moteru Shoujo Chikara wo Migaku Tame no Yotsu no Kokoro e (Hatsune Miku) - UtataP
- Title loosely means "Four Ways to Empower Your Ability to Get Women".
07. Shiroyuki Hakabana (Hatsune Miku x Megurine Luka) - Jyorujin
- Title means "Snow White Willowherb". A sudden rise? Could it be because of Yuu's cover or...because of Jyorujin's other work?

09. Posterization (Kagamine Len Power) - MyGodP
- The intro seems different from MyGodP's other works but after it, it goes back to the chaotic but interesting rock music MyGodP's popular for.
10. Baby, I Love You (Hatsune Miku) - SmileR
- I've been waiting for this since he said he will update. It's a slightly slow pop song with relaxing, smooth beats. The bubbles in the PV fits the atmosphere so well, since it makes me fuwafuwa when I listen to it :).
11. Shinkaron code:Variant (GUMI) - ORYO
- ↓02 Title means "Evolutionary Theory Code: Variant".
12. Love Genomics (GUMI) - Kimuta
- I love the intro so much for some reason. GUMI's kinda scary, but the melody's so catchy.
13. La, La, Love You (Hatsune Miku) - YusukeP.
- This is quite a common pop song, but it's so cute because of the lyrics and the nostalgic beat that reminds me of older Vocaloid songs.
14. World's End Dancehall (Megurine Luka x Hatsune Miku) - wowaka
15. Border (Hatsune Miku) - Nakamura Shoutarou/Nikuman

16. FLARE (Lily) - Niki
- Niki's usual with a bit of more hard rock-ishness compared to his previous works. Kind of commonplace guitar melody, but the background sounds and niki's usual tuning makes it work so well.

18. Hameln no Akumu (Megurine Luka x Hatsune Miku) - Jyorujin
- Title means "Nightmare in Hamelin"
