I know I've posted about him in my LJ before, but I've decided to be more detailed with his songs/covers :D.

I have this nagging feeling that Clear's name is not really "Clear" but rather "Dear". His blog, email and mylist are named "dear". I think somehow, "dear" was misunderstood to be "clear" and it stuck every since? Anyway, I do not know much about Clear aside from the fact that he does duets/collabs with Dasoku, Wotamin (who also mixes his songs) and Vivienne. He's quite a cheery/talkative guy based on his radio show guestings and he can be really random at times. He's a self-proclaimed "ashi ecchi" (someone with foot fetish). He also said in Jack's radio show that he doesn't like chocolates but he loves sweets to the extreme :).
Clear's singing voice is said to be similar to seiyuu Irino Miyu probably because of the gentleness of his ballads. He has a pretty high range (though not as high as Jack's).

About the information, I just translated what I can from his ameblo account (the profile above was a direct translation of it). The radio shows, well, he hosts irregular shows @ live.nicovideo.jp and sometimes I listen to them so there ^^.
As for other Nico singer profiles, I haven't had much yet since I'm too busy translating the utattemita rankings. But there are some up there, just check the tags :).
