As always, this is a post where everyone, even those with OPEN ID accounts and even those who are Anon, can post Vocaloid and utattemita-related news that they read in the web, heard through the grapevine, etc. This post will be open the whole month and people can freely comment with news and info they gathered. By the end of the month, the post will be closed and news of stuff which haven't happened yet (for example, CD releases in the past month, etc.) will be transferred to another post for the following month.

Just some rules to make the post orderly.
• make sure the news item you share hasn't been shared yet in any of the comments;
• make sure that you are reporting something that hasn't happened yet ^^;
• post the news as a parent thread, not as a comment to another comment;
• write a blurb on the title on what the news is about so it'd be easy to find;
e.g.; [Utattemita] Mi-chan releasing a single in Vocaloid Master (11-14-10)
• write the date! And source, like an official website or nicovideo link if possible; and
• feel free to comment on the news post or fangirl, since all comments under the parent comment (the one with the news) will be considered fannish stuff.

AUGUST
• Hyadain's new single, Hyadain no Joujouyuujou to be released August 03, will be Nichijou's second opening theme.
• Ouzoku Band will release a live DVD feat. Sekihan on August 03, 2011.
• EXIT TUNES Presents Sekihan the Gold will be released August 03, 2011. Tracklist here.
• Good Smile Company Racing will release a compilation CD Hatsune Miku GT Project Theme Song Collection on August 03, 2011.
• KOV's "ACUTE" drama CD will be released on August 05, 2011. It includes utaite like Kouhei, Hanagoe, Yuge, Ayakawa Yukiya, YU, Limone-sensei, YNG and seiyuu like Seki Tomokazu, Kusuda Toshiyuki, etc.
• A mook and compilation CD, Pop the Hatsune Miku will be released on August 05, 2011. It will have 14 songs including popular Vocaloid songs and covers of J-pop songs.
• Various VocaloidPs are composing for the Saint Seiya The Lost Canvas Character Album. Each VocaloidP is paired with a seiyuu. Tracklist is here. It will be released August 10, 2011.
• Sevencolors (nana) will release an album Yellow Starlines on August 13, 2011. It will consist of two CDs, one being the original Vocaloid songs and another containing remixes by producers such as emon(tes.), SuketchP, HachioujiP, U-ske, etc. It will also come with an artbook.
• Guitar Sound x Kagamine Rin compilation CD Rinpact! will be sold on August 13, 2011 (Comiket80 and online) and will have a CD of 9 songs, a DVD of 9 tracks and a 24-page booklet. Track list and other information here.
• Clear and Nero is set to release their second mini album Second Impact on Comiket 80 and probably in other stores. It will have 6 songs including Somatic Delusion by Nem.
• Usacolony's YontenGo is to be released on August 13, 2011.
• ASK is going to release a solo album under his circle As Ever entitled Travel. It will be sold on August 13, 2011 (Comiket80) but will probably be available online. Track list here.
• Touyu is the vocalist for Pizuta no Dokubou's album Idobata GOSHIP. The album has covers of Nashimotowe and buzzG originals. It will be released on August 13, 2011. Track list and other info here.
• Vip-Tenchou will be singing a song for the Tokuten CD of Otenki Sentai How Weather 2. It is a drama CD feat. Sakurai Takahiro, Suwabe Junichi, etc. and is about...the weather. It'll be released August 13.
• Akiakane will release a double-A side single Antinotice/Hanabira on August 17, 2011. Tracks are written by Wowaka and HoehoeP. First press will have a DVD.
• Sei Smiley*2G first mix ~Rainbow to Sweetie will be released on August 26, 2011. It will contain dance remixes and instrumentals of Volume 1's songs. They are also planning to release a DVD of the Sei Smiley Gakuen Cultural Festival 2011.
• Vocaloid compilation album Asamiku is set for release on August 17, 2011. It includes producers such as MuskaP, YuuyuP, StudioIIG, etc.
• Junky will release his first major album Lapis on August 24, 2011. It will feature Choucho as the vocalist.
• Wowaka has composed an ending song for Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica volume 5, called "and I'm home". It's sung by Miki Sayaka and Sakura Kyoko. It's set for release on August 24, 2011.
• New Vocaloid label GINGA is set to release a two-part compilation album called a galaxy odyssey, featuring VocaloPs such as FICUSEL, nekobolo, kiichi, nana(sevencolors), PowapowaP, etc. Track list here.
• Pointfive (.5) will release their third single Kimi Reflection on August 31, 2011. Limited Edition comes with a PV DVD. Tracklist here.
• Hachi's circle Minakata Kenkyuujo, will release Hanataba to Suisou sometime this August.
• ASK, Gero, Kogeinu, Yuge, Makomakkou and Nodoame will release their G.W. Nicolai 4th Treasure this Summer 2011. Track list here.

• Compilation album Lifework is set to be released on September 01, 2011. It will contain songs by whoo, sorairo club, scop, nekomushi, etc. Track list here.
• Ritsuka, Halyosy, Yanagi Nagi and Anyy will be participating in the OST for Roudouku Shoujo Otoha Shiori no Ongaku Biyori, which is set for release September 01, 2011.
• Oide, My Honey Anima-hen is set for release on September 07, 2011. Songs will be composed by halyosy, LOLI.COM, etc.
• VocaloidPs 40mP, 164 and monaca:factory have composed songs for Morinaga Mayumi's latest album Extra Whipping Cream. It will be released September 07, 2011.
• A collaboration CD EXIT TUNES Presents Gumitive by Megpoid will be released on September 07, 2011.
• Kamikyoku wo Utattemita 5 is set for sale on September 07, 2011. Track list here.
• Nanou/HoehoeP is set to release his album Waltz of the Anomalies on September 07, 2011. It will feature Nanou and other utaite on vocals. Track list and other info here.

• EXIT TUNES Presents Kirameki Senshibankou Daiga En feat. Kamui Gakupo is set for release on October 05, 2011.
• DECO*27, kz(livetune) and HanasoumenP are composing songs for KOTOKO's new album Hiraku Uchuu Poket which will be released on October 15, 2011.
• Sasakure.UK will be composing the theme song for Imageepoch's 7th Dragon 2020. The song will be sung by Hatsune Miku. The game will also feature a Hatsune Miku 2020. It will be released October 2011.
• The release date for Sekihan Obaachan no Nihon Mukashibanashi is moved to November 02, 2011. The theme of the CD is said to be Momotaro.
• Anima, Zebra, Amu, Rumdarjun and Kogeinu will participate in Sengoku BAND 2 - Sanada Yukimura hen- set for release on November 26, 2011. It will also involve Vocaloid producers like KurousaP, samfree, DeadballP, Nem, etc.

• Cantarella Musical is to be shown on August 03, 2011. Performers include Otouto no Ane, ShounenT, koma'n, etc. More information here.
