Utaran is a little late tonight so I'm running low on energy (it's 1AM ^^;). I'll make this quick. There's not much that's new in the ranking. Actually, most are pull-ups from the lower 30's, caused by more Rolling Girl's syndromes and Faneru. This is a pretty steady ranking without any surprising stuff to see, to be honest :).

What happened to Faneru anyways? D: I heard something about a stalker and him retiring?

There is no "official" announcement regarding Faneru's reason retiring, but that is what people say: that he quit because of a stalker. There are also other reasons cited, that he made a mistake and caused some company damage, etc. But the fact that Faneru quit has caused quite a stir in the community :(.
