Weekly Vocaloid Ranking # 222 (December 26, 2011 - January 02, 2012)
As the first ranking of the year, this list has quite a few retains from last week, although there are a lot of new stuff worth checking out, some of them for the Kagamines' birthday matsuri. Enjoy the lot of the Rin and Len stuff as well as one very special KAITO song :). Also, you might be surprised about the real voice Naho has as a greeting XD;.

02. Rin-chan Nau (Megurine Luka x Hatsune Miku) - OwataP
- This was uploaded in commemoration of the Kagamines' birthday. It's eternally entertaining but the lyrics are soooo fast and l-lol the fantasies and the guides forbidding searching R18 stuff about Rin and making sure she is cosplayed to the thread.
03. Haitoku no Hana (Kagamine Rin and Len) - HitoshizukuP x Yama△
- Title means "Corrupted Flower". This is a really beautiful fantasy rock by one of the best Kagamine Rin/Len producers there are. The intro with the violins is just wonderful and the tuning is distinctly improved. The art is just *_____*.
04. Raujika (Hatsune Miku) - saiB
- You might remember saiB as the composer of "Bye-bi Baby Sayonara". This is another distinctly unusual rockish song with relatively fast lyrics against really strong guitars (and wonderful drums *_*).

- Title means "The Sensitive Case of the Dandy Fire Extinguisher". I'm not sure I got the title right. Anyway, this is your usual random story time by ManbouP, with super catchy beat and a life lesson (hopefully). ...That fire extinguisher is so ikemen.
08. Senbonzakura (Hatsune Miku) - KurousaP
- ↑09 Title means "A Thousand Cherry Blossoms".
09. Anemone (Hatsune Miku) - uzP
- uzP serves us another wonderfully emotional and beautiful rock ballad, rich on guitars and with very high but soft Miku vocals.
10. Bunka Kaihouku (Kagamine Rin and Len) - Wonderful Opportunity
- Title means "Bunka Open District". As usual with WAN-OPO, this is an immensely catchy dance-y song with sharp Len and Rin vocals against even sharper guitars.

- This is an all-Len cover by who else, but the awesome OrebananaP. It's cute ;_;
15. This is Love Song (GUMI) - UtsuP
- UtsuP is back to his hard rock, near-screamo songs with this rather morbid love song using solid-sounding GUMI.
16. Daijo na Tomodachi (Hatsune Miku) - LamuneP
- This is an upbeat song with muffled guitars/drums and electronic beats with Miku's high and solid voice. It's not quite catchy at first but it grows on you after a few listens, especially in the chorus.

19. Nijiiro (Hatsune Miku) - BellP
- Title means "Rainbow-colored". BellP's latest is an upbeat, cheery, and slightly rockish song with very impressive guitar work against Miku's softened high voice.
20. Daiichiji Jibun Sensou (Utatane Piko x Kagamine Len) - HoneyWorks
- ↓08 Title means "The First War with Self".
21. Watashi wa Iranai ko (Kagamine Rin) - BuriruP
- Despite the rather unfortunate title, this song is actually of cute, upbeat pop with Rin singing in an almost cryful high voice.
22. Kagerou Days (Hatsune Miku) - Jin
- ↓18 Title means "Sizzling Hot Days".
23. Meido no Hoshi Kara Rendezvous (Kagamine Rin) - KatahotoriP
- This is seemingly a remake of one of Katahotori's previous songs, an upbeat pop song with clear and sharp Rin as vocals.
24. Akemashite Omedetou! (Hatsune Miku) - NekomushiP
- ↵ Dedicating song obviously for the new year, Nekomushi cooked up an upbeat, happy song with a myriad of sounds not normally in his other works. What's surprising is his tuning of Miku here doesn't sound quite his style, which is a refreshing change, although I miss his present hihg-pitched Miku with curved last syllables.
