Apologies for posting this a little late, I was having so much fun doing Skype karaoke with my friends. Have you ever tried singing any of the Nico Nico medleys (Ryuuseigun, Nanairo, Nijigen) in Skype call together with your friends? Ultimate chaos. I strongly suggest you try it XD.

Anyway, this batch is really different from the last. There are a lot of drops and surprising pulls to the top!

• There's a sudden wave of Boss Death covers, probably started by Amu's. I'm not complaining, though. I like So-ma's version because it's deep and cool-sounding, and a little different from amu's and Valshe's versions.

• A Whole New World [Erusi and Denirou]

• Instead of singing the A Whole New World Japanese version covered by Meiko and Kaito, Erusi and Denirou decided to go all out with the English cover. It's not bad at all. There are, as usual, awkward lines but the overall effect is really nice. :3

• Definitely one of my favorites in this ranking is neko's rock version of Fire Flower. It's been a while since I've heard a good cover of this song (okay, toppling clear off his throne as having one of the best covers of this song is hard) and this made me happy.

• Oh wow, clear's alter ego nero O:. I am truly amazed that someone with only a couple of songs up his sleeve can rank this high (okay, there's Limone-sensei but still!). Even without clear's super pimping of his songs, though, I think nero can do quite well because his voice is something a lot of people is bound to like :3. Almost like clear's, just a little huskier and deeper.

It's a running joke in my group of friends that nero is clear's alter ego, especially since clear doesn't invite him to his lives, ever and blabs about nero even though nero doesn't talk much at all XD. Hell, we evendid some sort of Dasoku/Clear Suikoden/Kichiku Megane plotting because of this /shot.

I love the From Y to Y cover, too! And it's the singer's best work imo. :)

nero makes me seethe with anger because he probably wouldn't be AS popular as he is without the fact that he debuted with clear, and clear keeps talking about his beloved fukukaichou etc. But he's got a lovely voice. It's just I wish clear would help other really good singers debut too...! ^o^
