This week has almost no old songs, which is good because we get to check out new stuff! There are a couple of artists we don't usually see in the rankings, so be sure to check them out. The bandwagon song for this week is "Setsuna Drip" by Last Note., who just recently released Akatsuki Arrival, which also became a bandwagon song XD;. There are no more remnants of the anime tribute, but there are old songs and medleys to keep you busy.

• overall rank: 37. Is it just me or Nayuu's sounding more and more like Wotamin? Anyway, she used her deeper, more mature voice for this cover and I am glad that she did. It's a really simple cover, but the march-like beat and her drawly but lovely deeper voice creates a nice combination.

In the pickup, one of the a cappella Lost Sheep isn't a female collab, but mixed (i.e. men and women are singing). Who else mixed for them but the master PUPI?

Tyoumiryou's Six Trillion Years and One Night is incredible. I didn't even like the original song, but bam, there he goes and makes it cool. His shifting tones and moods for each melody make this the most unique cover of the song I've heard.

KK: Always amazing. My study break was sitting still while listening to that song on earphones. There's nothing more calming.

"Below Haagen Daaz in Tastelessness" worked much better in the original short story the song was adapted from. It's pretty well-written, and I'd recommend it if you have the chance.

26. First Hanatan, now Usa... I wonder who will be next...? I mean, I know it's not *that* old, but still... Something that isn't hot off the press, covered in such close temporal proximity? Maybe it's the anticipation of the original song hitting one million in a matter of time. Anywho. Usa did a really nice job (also agree on the distortion). I actually enjoyed the song when it first came out, but didn't listen to it much after. I guess now is a good time to start.

ah about that Jihou (placed 8), it's the 2012 version. It's basically the song that is based on the nico nico jingle, and back in 2008 taka-bee has composed it once, which is about the love to nicovideo, and thus seen as the hymn of nico nico douga. (I think ASK also sing this in his nanairo kumikyoku later for instance)
Seems like Taka-bee is gonna release an album I think, and this 2012 version has more instruments and sound more rock than the 2008 acoustic version.

I think the #2 song by 96neko leads to the wrong video .w.
