• Title means "The Earth's Final Confession" This is a nice change of pace from kemu's typical fast-paced songs. It's a more of standard pop song than his other works, but still have his trademark shaky tuning and instrumentation.

• The PV is very cute with references to other 40mP songs, but I didn't find this song as catchy as other 40mP songs. Maybe it will grow on me. Also the talking at the beginning of the video was by Yuzuki Yukari's Voiceroid soundbank.
