√5's 5th single Junai Delusion (Pure Love Delusion) goes on sale August 21st, 2013. "Junai Delusion" was written, composed, and arranged by √5's leader koma'n. The single also contains covers of HoneyWorks' song "Kokuhaku Yokou Renshuu -another story".

√5 (ROOT FIVE) is a unit made of 5 utaite: koma'n, Pokota, Dasoku, Mi-chan, and Kettaro. Their first album ROOT FIVE made it to #7 on the Oricon Weekly Ranking.

"Junai Delusion" is about dreaming of going on a date with a sweetheart! It's a little bit fleeting, the hook is cheerful, and the song lyrics are overall positive. Anyways, I wrote this song in order to root for those with an impossible love. (However, it is still a delusion....)

Just like "M" from our album, I'm bringing all the members to my delusion. Fans of our members, I'm sorry (LOL), however however, I think I did well and made this tune catchy, so certainly, everyone will also come to this world of delusion～♪"

As usual, Root Five is trying to win the hearts of ladies~ Finally it's a lead song by koma'n, who's crazily multi-talented for his age. Maybe they were waiting for their "5th" single.
