Weekly Vocaloid Ranking #151 (august 16-23, 2010)
There are a lot of MMDs this week because of the upcoming MMD 5th cup, which I learned from ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
singing_robots. Aside from the MMD ones, there are quite few new uploads but that doesn't mean this ranking lacks awesome stuff. There's a couple of keeps in the rank, a lot of movement and some returners, all of them pulled up by either covers or new uploads from the same producer.

01. Matryoshka (GUMI x Hatsune Miku) - hachi
- As much as I love number 2, I have to agree that this song bests the epic things in this ranking. I mean, it's hachi. And he used GUMI for the first time. Definitely something worth watching. As usual, his video/song is a little bit creepy for comfort but we know that and love him still.
02. DYE/Re:flection+ (Megurine Luka) - AVTechNO! x Treow
- Hnnnnggggghhhhh AVTreowNO! (/shot) ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ Those hex lyrics I missed itttttt. There are no words to describe how much I love this. No I don't usually like techno but with AVTN I make loads of exceptions /ramble.
03. Yusuke to Issho ni Mitsubachi wo Utattemoratta! (Kagamine Rin and Len) - OrebananaP
- PFFFTTTTTT. Okay, I can't stop watching this. It's utterly brainless and entirely crack and has some parodies of other songs, but GAH. OrebananaP what have you done to me XD.
04. Hitori Kakurenbo (Hatsune Miku) - cosMo x DeadballP
- A song of epic proportions. I am a fan of neither, but you know when two people who make catchy music get together...this is the result <3.

08. Hiraishin (Kagamine Len) - YuuyuP
- From the producer of "Tengaku" comes another wonderful rock song. I love the music (the drums *_*) and Len's voice echoing throughout the song, just like how Rin's did in "Tengaku".
09. Gilgamesh ☆ Night (Miku, Luka, Rin) - ItachimaP
- LOL I have to admit the PV is very cute although the music and tuning sounds overlapping and all over the place. Maybe if the music is not too messy (with chimes, background music and all that), it might be a better song.
10. [MMD] Topless and Nude (Miku, Rin, Luka, Meiko, Teto) - KoshitsukiP
11. [MMD] Happy Trigger Happy (A lot) - MyGodP
- This is so cool. I haven't watched the entirety because for some reason it keeps freezing my browser but what I've seen so far is typical MyGodP...madness.No I don't have a thing for blindfolds
12. Shibakusuu #0822 (Hatsune Miku) - papiyon
- I love the piano melody in this one melding well with Miku Append's voice.
13. World's End Dancehall (Hatsune Miku x Megurine Luka) - wowaka

- Cute PV but Miku sounds a bit strained and the music a bit off.
