U-skeP is another not-so-well known composer but has wonderful music to offer. I remember engaging
nxia in a conversation about U-skeP and when
singing_robots had their Miku favorites post, I listed one of his/her songs as one of my favorites. So, why not go all out and feature him/her here, too ^^;.
U-skeP started uploading songs in NND around June 2009 and still continues to do so at present. Most of his/her music are sugary-pop. I meant sugar pop here unlike usual upbeat, moe-sweet-cutesy songs we hear all the time. U-skeP's music, while cute, is gentler, softer, classier and kind of similar to yuxuki's or lighter!Easypop's style (We'll talk about yuxuki in a bit :D). Some of his/her songs are somewhat imitating the pointilist beats in game music, but most of the time, they're toned down. Right now, s/he's also bordering on RnB, which makes it more interesting (and irresistible for me).
S/he uses Miku for all of his/her works. His/her Miku can sound clear and crisp in slightly upbeat songs or whispery in slower, gentler works. His/her Miku Append is amazing, by the way.
sample songs
• Callin'
• Elevator Music
• fallin' love at first sight
• Rain*Sweet*Umbrella
• music life pop creation

I don't really remember when I first listened to U-skeP. It's like I've been listening to his/her works for forever XD;. I love this type of songs because they don't tire my ears out (especially when I'm sleepy). The beats might seem a little too similar if you listen to U-skeP's works in one go, but they're all good listens. I highly recommend his/her album Music Life ♥.
