Weekly Vocaloid Ranking #152 (August 23-30, 2010)
This week has only a bit of new uploads (wait until next week, after Miku's birthday matsuri XD). There's a bit more MMD stuff remaining from the 5th MMD cup and of course, there are songs celebrating Lily's release. The rest are mere movements within the ranks and surprising returns.

01. Matryoshka (GUMI x Hatsune Miku) - hachi
- keep. Amazing.
02. Lily Lily ★ Burning Night (Lily) - samfree
- The next installment of samfree's Eurobeat Night series is of course, Lily. While I have my own favorites in the Night series, Lily's gives off an anime-ish feel and slightly more rockish than the rest.

04. Hiraishin (Kagamine Len) - YuuyuP

05. Chloe (Lily) - sele
- A good start considering it's a new Vocaloid used, Lily sounds a bit like Luka here (and a little of Meiko).
06. Bathroom Garden (Hatsune Miku) - OSTER Project
- Fuwacina is back with her jazzy melodies and breathy Vocaloids. This one is a little quieter than Ladies' First and her previous works, but it's soothing and can literally make you feel fuwafuwa.
07. Seijaku-kei Shounen Shoujo (Megurine Luka) - fatmanP
- I guess everyone here knows how I'm such a noob fan of fatmanP and his Megurine Luka works. I like this one as well, catchy beat and lyrics, slight electronic pop as usual, just that Luka sounds more nasal than ever in this song and I prefer Dancer in the Dark still XD.

09. INTIMACY (Hatsune Miku) - whoo
- I love this. Beautiful march-like music with a myriad of guitars and Miku's voice. Viewers are challenging people to sing the song because the lyrics are kind of irregular and very few XD.

11. [MMD] Hatsune Miku no Yattsuke Cooking! (Hatsune Miku) - NekomimiP

13. Pyon Pyon Heart (Kagamine Rin/Len) - Fuwaru
- I expected this to be a sugary cutesy pop song but it's actually slightly alternative in nature. Pretty good except that the instruments are a little too messy and loud.
14. Ningyou to Hidarime (Hatsune Miku) - DeadballP
- This is quite different from some of the more popular DeadballP works. Well, it still has DBP's characteristic rock, but the castanets and flute music was refreshing.

- This is Machigerita's usual brand of creepy rock with smooth Miku vocals. Not very stellar as compared to his other works, but the art isn't as disturbing, too XD.

- It's rare to hear talkloids with clear tuning and KonkiP shows off her prowess once more with her talkloids *_*. I easily got addicted to Kiyoteru's "Yada yo! D:" lol.
