初見 or shoken (which can also be written as syokenn) means newbie and people post it on your videos when this is the first time they have viewed your works. So they're saying "This is the first time I've seen your stuff!"

Anyone know what "ifdla" means? It was randomly commented on a vid I uploaded for someone. (It could just be random button mashing though.)

Anyway, I don't know of any meaning for it, sorry. Maybe it IS just random keysmash. Must be a pretty epic vid XD.

Apologies for not being able to help :(

I'm not really sure, if you can, can you provide some examples of some songs with the comment? A friend of mine suggest it might be the "hiccup-like" sounds someone makes after crying a lot.

It's explained above in the list :) 88 in Japanese sounds like "pachipachi" which is a clapping noise. 8888888 is applause.

Are yu like japanese or sumthing

is google translate correct?

(Anonymous) 2014-12-22 08:15 pm (UTC)(link)
おつですー
Google says it means "B is over." But doesn't the first part おつ mean "otsu" and ですー is desu? but then ー means over. So I'm confused. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: is google translate correct?

[personal profile] stephieku 2014-12-22 08:18 pm (UTC)(link)
Google translate is rarely accurate for slang like "おつですー". Indeed it means "Otsu desu" (short for Otsukaresama Desu). "ー" is to lengthen the sound, so it's equivalent to going "otsu desuuuuuu" .
