Weekly Vocaloid Ranking # 201 (August 01-08, 2011)
Not many new releases this week, so we still have the classics up and strong. It's funny how some of the Ps with songs still in the ranking also uploaded new songs this week (lol40mP). - Title means "Dance of Hyperventilation". I'm kind of scared SOBS. Well, mostly the song is about pain so...

07. Sayonara Bokutachi no Terebi Kyoku (Hatsune Miku) - HobonichiP
- Title means "Goodbye to our TV Station". It's the usual simple and easy-to-listen Hobonichi, and the song talks aboutfuj(ry a station closing. HobonichiP is also the one who did the "When I Get Home My Wife Always Pretends to be Dead". She tends to write adorable songs with a tinge of nostalgia/poignance in them.

09. EAT ME (GUMI) - OSTER Project
- Fuwacina goes sultry seductive jazz with her GUMI. It doesn't stick well with me yet, but Fuwacina really knows how to make her songs pretty and reaaally catchy. The intro was kind of awesome.
10. Nashimotowe ga Boku wo Korosu (Hatsune Miku) - Nashimotowe
- ↑24 Title means "Nashimotowe will kill me"
11. blue blue blue (Hatsune Miku) - koyori
- At first, this sounds like your usual rock-ish music, but the melody is really special. Between the guitars you can hear other little sounds of piano, etc. and makes it fun to listen. Plus it's really light on the ears, too.
12. Chuuzuri Dancing (Megurine Luka) - otetsu
- ↓06 Title means "Dancing while in Midair".
13. Kuwagata ni Chop Shitara Time Slip Shita (GUMI) - UramanbouP
- ↓04 Title means "When I chopped the stag beetle, there was a time slip". I translated this song here.
14. Ｔｓｕｇｉ Sakuhana no Iro ha (GUMI) - TakanonP
- TakanonP's music are always awesome (he made Kimi no Omoi, Kataomoi). His tuning is really good and his guitars/drum combo is 40mP reminiscent.

- This song is really catchy D:. This is a dance melody with love for repetitive rhythms, and Rin and GUMI indistinct singing (I kind of can't tell who's who once they sing together).

- Title means "For Your Sake, I Will Change the World". First time I'm hearing for the producer (I think). This sounds like your typical rock but instead of strong guitars and drums, they are subtly hidden behind GUMI's gentle but solid vocals.

25. Aa, Subarashiki Nyansei (Kagamine Len x GUMI) - Nem
- ↓17 Title means "Ah, the Wonders of a Cat's Life".

- This is hauntingly pretty! Miku's tuned to be a bit echoey against ambient-like (but it doesn't sound really ambient, more like rock) music, resulting to a pretty, pretty song.
27. Ayashii Okome Cesium-san (Hatsune Miku) - MukiryokuP
- Title means "The Suspicious Rice Cesium-san". This is, I think, in reference to the issue where Japan checks their rice for radioactive cesium. This sounds like a super hero theme ^^;.
