Today's week is interesting for two reasons: 1) there's a new CM meme people will cover over the next days; 2) There is quite a large number of covers of non-Vocaloid songs.

The CM I'm talking about is this one. If I'm not mistaken, this is an ad for a deodorant and the singing boy does not seem to have any connection to the product aside from the fact that he is cute. Of course, when covers come up, crack ensues. You do the discovering XD.

As mentioned in the past post, the utaran is now color-coded according to the colors in the Utaran video.

Nico Nico Undokai and Nico Nico Eiga Streaming

Just like last year, Nico Nico is holding its annual Undokai or sports fest. It will be held on May 08, 2011 at 14:00 (JPN time). Gate is here. It is for free, so even non-premium users can watch!

As with last year, it's probably futsal again, but unlike before there are different teams. Here is the partial lineup for the team (I only translated the interesting bits of those relevant to our interests XD).

In related news, Nico Nico Movie is going to be streamed in Nico Nico Douga this May 03-05, 2011 at 21:00 (JPN time). Just a warning though, the nama is not available for timeshift and will only have two thousand seats. So, it's a first come, first serve basis with premium members as priority. It'll be tricky to watch.

Utaite in this movie includes Kettaro, Sekihan, Noir, Beeeeige, Otouto no ane, Kouichirou, Limone-sensei, etc.
