Songs are arranged from 1-30.
01. Mozaik Role (GUMI) - DECO*27
- DECO seems to be having fun using GUMI XD. This one is, unlike Yowamushi Montblanc, presents a more angry/angsty GUMI (as we perceive in the PV). The music is also more rock-ish than his previous GUMI work. Biases aside, I think this one deserves to be first, and DECO*27 is apparently one of those few composers who can make GUMI shine.
02. Lost and Found (Hatsune Miku) - Sasakure.UK
- ↓01
03. Nenchaku-kei Danshi no 15-nen Nechinechi (Hatsune Miku) - Ie no Uchi de Manbou ga ShinderuP
- It's a typical Miku song to me, but I guess the lyrics are what made this song popular. The title says "Chasing after a Boy for 15 years"
04. Utakata no Dance (Hatsune Miku) - scop
- Scop clings to his previous style (Yubikiri) with the excessive but not bad violin/piano music and kind of upbeat tune. I love the intro so much. The entire song, while reminiscent of Yubikiri, has its own charm and reminds me of cabaret music XD.
05. Brella (Megurine Luka) - MuryokuP
- What a beautiful ballad, coming from the one who made Flightless Bird. MuryokuP has captured Luka well, I think. She sounds better every time.
06. Tokusha CASE Ipponron (Hatsune Miku) - NekomushiP
- After the success of Wanwan-o, Nyannyan-o, Nekomushi comes up with an alternative song. I am impressed at the drums melody *_*. Miku sounds shaky as always, but she still fits the song. I guess it's part of the charm.
07. JPOP no Kashi ni Okeru "Nanika" no Sagasare Ritsu wa Ijou (Hatsune Miku) = HobohiP
- I don't know why the title is so long, but the song really sounds like your typical JPOP song with a hint of country. It reminds me of BUMP songs for some reason, lol.
08. Moumoku no Uchuuhikoushi (Hatsune Miku) - yukkedoluce
- Yukke-san's new work reminds me of Akari to Kagi at first, with the ringing guitar melody. Eventually, it morphs into a different kind of beat, although Miku still sings high and fast XD.
09. Hatsune Miku no Gekishou - long version - (Hatsune Miku) - cosMo
- ↓03
10. Wonderland to Shitsuji no Uta (Hatsune Miku) - hachi
- ↓02
11. Nico Nico Kae Uta Medley (group) - inokix
- W-wow. This is all sorts of amazing and fun. I can't stop watching it.
12. Yuuyami to Orange (Kagamine Rin) - Hikari Syuyo
- NEGI's art is really striking, isn't it? Anyway this is a nice rock-ish song. It's just that the beat confuses me at times. Rin sounds okay, pretty normal.
13. Kyou no Hero (Hatsune Miku) - StrictP
- Typical ballad with game-like BGM + guitars/drums. Not very striking. However, the PV is really cute: Miku playing baseball.
14. World's End Dancehall (Hatsune Miku x Megurine Luka) - wowaka
- ↓08
15. Rin Rin HIGH☆MIND (Kagamine Rin) - NanameueP
- ↓05
16. Carry On (Hatsune Miku) - buzzG
- As expected, an awesome rock ballad from buzzG. This seems a little tame, for some reason, compared to his two previous releases.
17. Yowamushi Montblanc (GUMI) - DECO*27
- ↑28
18. Tokeiya to Yume (Hatsune Miku) - kous
- More of kous' thought-provoking songs/PVs! This seemed a little "softer" to his previous works, although the guitar melody nicely messed up the ballad (I'm not making sense).
19. Jinsen wa Nagesuteru Mono (Hatsune Miku) - Nanahoshi
- Typical ballad, but the 3dPV looks cute.
20. MIDI Master (Kagamine Rin and Len) - Wonderful Opportunity
- ↓12
21. Heimdall no Tsunobue (Hatsune Miku) - Kulfiq
- Kulfiq's earlier song managed to enter the rankings this week. The intro is cute and not overbearing, but the drums tend to sound a little heavy. Miku's tuning is good, but I prefer the one below more ^^;.
22. Hitori Goto Switch (Hatsune Miku) - KulfiQ
- ↓11
23. Futariboshi (Hatsune Miku, GUMI) - 40mP
- ↓04
24. Eh? Aa, Sou (Hatsune Miku) - papiyon
- ↓16
25. Just Be Friends (Megurine Luka) - Dixie Flatline
- retain
26. Hello (Hatsune Miku) - G3
- ↓22 This is actually a cover of a song bycapsule.
27. Step To You [cover] (GUMI) - KannazukiP
- This is a GUMI cover of a 40mP original. Pretty realistic GUMI here.
28. Ura Omote Lovers (Hatsune Miku) - wowaka
- ↓23
29. Rolling Girl (Hatsune Miku) - wowaka
- ↑30
30. Floriography -Wasurenagusa- (MEIKO) - ShigotoshiteP
- ↓29
pickup
• Yuki-chan no Oheya Daibouken (Kaai Yuki) - GojimajiP
• mizudori (Hatsune Miku) - ds_8
Ahh, my comments are all over the place, I apologize. I'm taking it easy on the SP rankings, as I'm still sick, but I'll try my best to finish them all this week. As for favorites in this ranking, I'm attached to the usual suspects: buzzG, kous, scop, yukkedoluce and DECO*27. inokix's medley was pretty awesome. And the Step To You cover was amazing. I guess this is a good ranking, with all the new songs having some sort of charm. ;)
* changed DECO*27's song's name. He confirmed that it is romanized as Mozaik Role.
