Not much to say about this ranking. There's an apparent lack of new Vocaloid covers, but that is compensated by the influx of 90s anime theme covers, which would make 90s anime fans (like me) happy the whole week. If you're ready to reminisce, go on :D.

There's quite a discussion I skimmed in 2ch and similar forums and people are saying opposing things like "he should resign" or "it's just a misfortune that people heard him being blunt and it's how normal people act", etc. I don't know much about Limone to judge him (I don't think we should, even), but I just think he's kinda....stupid, with regards to that incident :|.

Mmm that's true. But because of the bipolar reactions from the fans and not a move from him aside from his apology, I can't say how big this issue is. In his video up there in the ranking, it was first full of "are you retiring yet?" and other nasty remarks, but when I checked again it's full of positive encouragement. But as you say, if there's a mass of reactions, it's probably going to get bigger.

This is kinda dumb, but I'm still not clear on the distinction between the 2 lists. I assume that new upload rankings is for songs from this week that didn't make it to the main list, while overall covers everything else.
Am I right?

Yup, that's correct. When you watch the top 30 ranking, you'll notice there are two ranks for new uploads. The upper one is the overall ranking (including the old songs). The lower one is its ranking among the songs uploaded within the week. That's also why songs from the new upload ranking ( top 10) sometimes eventually make it to the top 30. :)

Number Nineteen made me discover two things. One, I'm fond of papiyon songs, and two, I'm fond of REN's voice in these types of songs. :D And REN's probably the main reason why I looped #0822 (and Koi-ritsu Houteishiki) at least ten times a day, and download it so my internet won't stop lagging because of Nicodou. Sekihan always sounds like that LOL (Cendrillon ^^;;;). Although his and Piko's voices still blend well. (When I was new to the fandom, I thought Piko was a girl, trufax ;_;. Now that I've seen him and such I still have doubts sometimes /shot).

Pokota...really wanted to be a Golden Bomber, it seems ^^;;;; (Also, LOL where did he get his backup dancers OTL).
