fascinatesI'm really way behind ;;. I hope people are reading this even though it's late OTL. Two rankings ago, there is a new insert introduced to the ranking aside from the weekly 5 pickups. This is the "last year in top 5" segment where the top 5 songs in the ranking one year ago will be played. I guess I should be including those songs, too, but we'll see :).
I'll be including the weekly top ten and the overall top thirty of the week. Links to the nicovideo are included as well as some information. You may download the .mp3 file by inputting the link @ nicosound. Enjoy!

o1. 小鳥がry大漁のプロイセン [あとる]
• Kotori ga (ry Tairyou no Prussia [Atoru]
• singer's mylist
• original MAD
• Atoru does a lot of covers of Hetalia MADs and I while I understand the Hetalia fever Nico people have, I will never understand the MADs xDD;.
o2. 1925 [Yoru]
• singer's mylist
• Hatsune Miku original by T-Pocket
• This is a nice cover compared to some earlier covers of the song. Yoru just sometimes overexert her voice and it sounds a bit whiny.
o3. カナザワカレー [ななひら]
• Kanazawa Curry [Nanahira]
• singer's mylist
• This is an original song and is the usual cutesy pop song Nanahira is used to singing.
o4. envy. [セリユ]
• envy. [Seriyu]

• Megurine Luka original by 古川P (Furukawa-P)
• Seriyu has a really wonderful voice and while she sings by the book, she can still make the song interesting to listen to. Envy, however, is too slow and poignant to catch my interest. /sleepy

• Machigerita is also a Vocaloid producer :). This is a rather sexy cover ^.^;.
o6. いろは唄 [志麻]
• Iroha Uta [Shima]

• Kagamine Rin original by 銀サク (Ginsaku)
• LOL I'm used to guys singing covers of this Rin song, but Shima's still amused me. It's not as sexy as, say, Clear's or Dasoku's, but it's pretty well sung.

• Wotamin has gone back to singing high ballads after her amazing cover of "Tengaku". I'm not complaining though, since her voice fits this kind of ballads.

• Tane is back with a great cover! I really miss this guy. He's not as amazing as some of my favorites but for some reason, he always sounds good to me :3 (Well, I did listen to his sheep-counting thing sometime ago...)

• Fate:Rebirth [Kokonashijou]
• mylists: Kokoru, Takanashi, Kiijou
• Kamui Gakupo, KAITO and Kagamine Len original by natsuP
• I love natsuP's VanaN'ice songs. This is a pretty good cover, a little lacking in punch but I might be just spoiled by VaSoClear's Imitation Black :3. I've seen quite a lot of covers for this. A new trend after Imitation Black? :P

• Another new name to me that I should look up XD;. This is an okay cover. Not impressive, but also not bad (well, it's in the ranking after all). I guess it's just that I listened to Anima's version before I watched this cover fully so I'm a bit biased :x.
