Currently, we have a typhoon here in the Philippines, so we're experiencing power failures and intermittent Internet connection. We have a weak week for this ranking, with very few covers from people we know. Buuuut that means there's a lot of opportunity to know lesser known singers who sound equally amazing. You might see a lot of unfamiliar names in the lower parts, but the top parts are definitely dominated by people you see A LOT in the ranking XD;. And yes, there are more Panda Heroes.

Please do not mind my half-asleep comments. I'm tired from running around all day and my boss deprived me of a delicious Korean beef stew lunch. Yes, I am bearing a grudge because of that. Anyway, let's go to the ranking w/ my lame comments ^^;.
