As with last year, here is the huge annual utattemita ranking for 2011. As all of these songs have been featured in the Weekly Utaran (multiple times even!), I won't be including small details. I'll just be including the Romanized title, the singer, and the original composer. As my Internet is acting up as usual, I wasn't able to include links to the mylists and all that but I hope you understand :).

The Annual Utattemita Ranking is made up of several parts, all of them will be listed here in reverse order unlike my usual style. Let's look at them one by one :).

UTATTEMITA 2011 UPLOAD RANKING - 100 to 001
The main part of this special is the Utattemita Ranking 2011. This is a ranked list of the best 100 songs uploaded from 12-25-2010 to 12-25-2011 which had gained a lot of views, mylists and comments. Here is the list from 100 to 001.

UTATTEMITA PRE-2011 UPLOADS BEST 100

You can refer to this ranking like the "overall weekly ranking" in weekly utaran minus the new videos. These are songs not uploaded in 2011 but have gained tons views, comments and mylists from 12-25-2010 to 12-25-2011. As expected, some of them are also the highest viewed, commented and mylisted videos of all time in this category. This list is also in reverse, from 100 to 001.

Aaand there you have them. I apologize for being a day late. And because I'm late and it's a Monday (which is Utaran day), I'll have to move the first ever Weekly Utaran writeup for 2012 tomorrow. So sorry! But I'm sure you've enjoyed this one btw. This can also be a good guide for you to backtrack the popular songs last year, discover new songs and new singers.

This week is full of collabs and pairings, so expect to see a lot of them filling the rankings. You might notice last week that there is a slight bandwagoning of Suki Kirai? Well, it's not dying down and you'll even see more of them next week.

Anyway, you might notice that the Weekly Utaran has changed video dimensions (it's clearer and wider now!) as well as frame designs XD. I feel bad for not mentioning last week, but the portions are now of different colors (new uploads is blue, overall ranking is purple, pickup is light blue and history is orange). Utaran-san made great efforts to customize the presentation to everyone's viewing comforts, too, with all the data collected in the sides and properly labeled. Of course, make sure you stare hard at the screen at the rank intervals because Hibiki (if you don't know who Hibiki is...he's the Utaran mascot) appears in the frames, too XD.

So, this ranking is now color-coded. The links have colors specific to the portions so as to avoid confusion. The song names are still clickable, by the way. Please tell me if it looks okay or not. If not, I'll revert to the old format!

You might notice that dreamwidth's celebrating Three Weeks for Dreamwidth, which commemorates the site's anniversary. We're very thankful to DW for giving us a place for this comm as well as giving invites so you guys can make journals so we'd like to participate in the celebration as well. The thing is we haven't thought of what to do XD. But we will, somehow, so please wait for it XD. Weekly Utattemita Ranking #113 (December 27, 2010 - January 03, 2011)

The first ranking of the new year! This week has a lot of movement because while there are new uploads, a lot of the previous week's hits managed to stay in the ranking for this week. There's a bit of a problem in the new upload ranking since the list in the mylist and in the video do not match, so at the moment, I'm waiting for confirmation/correction from the Weekly Utaran uploader. Very sorry about that! Anyway, geh, I can't say anything suspenseful since this week MIGHT be predictable to some of you ^^;.
