I recently bought his album so I think it's fitting that I choose to feature him this week :D.
NataP is one of those producers with a broad sense not only with sounds and melodies, but also with Vocaloids. NataP, also known as Natarie in a Dream, started uploading his compositions in Nico Nico Douga way back in 2008, using the Kagamine Twins in his virgin works. Along with his original songs also came covers of popular songs using Len. His early works has an electropop feel, very much like the old Vocaloid songs we know (ryo's, kz's, etc.). I'm sure that even if you aren't much in the Vocaloid world, you have heard of his songs Gesshoku Kaiki which was covered by Dasoku, and 1000001 colors which was covered by F9.
NataP's music is centered on pop and ballads with huge use of keyboards/piano music and electronic beats. Oftentimes, his melody is very simple, but is laced with a mixture of sounds that makes the song rich and nice to listen to. It's like you can hear a different sound or tune within a melody every time you listen. For some reason, I think his songs give off an old anime theme feel XD;. He also has a thing for revising his own songs to be sung by different Vocaloids.
While NataP's first Vocaloids are the Kagamines, he didn't stay stuck using them solely. Eventually, he used Gakupo and Luka and Miku. His most successful works are those by Gakupo and Luka, in my opinion, but his songs have varying popularity. Most of the time, his ballads are well-loved.
NataP has released 4 albums and 1 single and counting in Vocaloid-related events and all of them are sold online. You can view all the shops selling his CDs in his website.

When I first got into the Vocaloid fandom, I've been already hearing of NataP's name along with PaletteP and other renowned Vocaloid composers. But I think I first got attracted to his music through Gakupo's version of "Butterfly". Since then I've been more attached to his ballads compared to his other genre. I also find his ballads to have deep, poetic lyrics which are hard to translate (lol) but are really lovely once you understand (like 100001 colors, which I translated here).
His newest CD "Colors", is made of various colors (as track names) and impressively, various music styles as well. There's alternative, shameless pop, sentimental ballad, etc. If you want to get acquainted with is music, I suggest "Colors" and his recent works, since they show the most diversity as he had developed different sets of styles in the long run of his composing.
