Weekly Vocaloid Ranking #164 (November 15-22, 2010)

This week has a lot of movement, especially with old hits. Missing some hits that disappeared from the ranking? Fear no more! While I posted the Weekly Utaran late, I'm posting this a little early, since I cannot be online for long hours. I am really sorry about this.
