Weekly Vocaloid Ranking #175 (January 31-February 7, 2011)

This week's ranking doesn't have as many new stuff as before, but the few new ones are all awesome. At the same time, there's quite a lot of movement among the old songs (and a few familiar ones are rising again...). Pardon the lack of intelligent comments (I'm mostly spazzing, it's unforgivable). It's 1AM LOL.

↵ - song is a re-entry to the top 30 rankings

As you might remember, I posted the midyear special ranking sometime in July, where the songs included were those uploaded from December 2009 to June 2010. This is the LATTER PART of that ranking, where the top songs from June 15 to December 14, 2010 are uploaded.

The video has 80 songs, but the mylist has 200 songs O_O;. A-anyway, I've included them all in the list. As with the previous mid-year ranking and all the other rankings which aren't weekly, this is written in reverse for more suspense :D.

Since all of them are Miku songs, I'll just type the song, composer and additional Vocaloids used if there are any :).

This is my first time actually waiting for and transcribing the midyear Vocaloid Ranking, so I'm a bit excited despite the work before me XD.

This ranking considered Hatsune Miku songs uploaded from 12AM of December 15, 2009 up 11:59PM of June 14, 2010. The formula of computing for the ranks is not included in the blurb, but I think it's almost the same as the weekly Vocaloid ranking formula. The video included the top 80 songs, but the mylist link has 478 songs OTL. There's no way I CAN type up all of them so I'll just include here the top 100. There's still the Kagamine, KAITO, Luka and GUMI rankings, so please look forward to them :). Please take this as an opportunity to listen to Hatsune Miku songs considered as the best this half of 2010 :).

So far, this and the annual rankings are the only ones I type in reverse order (from 100-1) so that it'd be more exciting :). If you want me to do the midyear/annual rankings in the traditional way (the 1-xx order), just tell me :).

I skipped this week's Vocaranking to give way to this massive list XD;. The video only showed the top 30 but the mylist went on to top 80 and being obsessive, I did the whole list OTL. Anyway, here's your top 80 songs for the month of March! Why am I not surprised at the amount of wowaka-san in this one? ♥

Okay, this is a massive, massive list. It consists of four parts! Because of it's...um, massiveness, I won't be including some of the details I usually include in the normal rankings. FFFFFFF I'll just include my pointless comments hahaha. Whoever did this is epic! Anyway, on to the yearly countdown. I have a feeling on what the number 1 song is, honestly XD;.

To make this more suspenseful, I'll be listing in an inverted order XD. Hahahaha /shot.

WHEW! That was long. I hope you enjoyed the countdown as much as I did XD;. I was expecting certain songs to be in the countdown that didn't make it, but I guess I pretty much agree with the top ten :D. Oh god, my fingers hurt ;;. I want to try transliterating the rest of the countdown but T_______T. Let's do that some other time XD;.
